Outcome Assurance™ consulting is solution-neutral. Advisors may recommend Caryfy's separately available products such as CareBravo™ for unified operations or Cary AI™ for monitoring, but those are independent purchase decisions. Some Outcome Assurance™ clients adopt no software at all.

Initial Conversation
Schedule a no-charge call with a Care Business Advisor™. The advisor will learn about your agency, your goals, and your obstacles. If your agency is not a fit for Outcome Assurance™ consulting, you will hear that directly.
Engagement Begins
Your advisor builds a customized roadmap identifying quick wins (typically achievable in the first 30 days), sequencing your priorities, and setting measurable quarterly milestones. You sign an engagement letter that includes performance commitments.
Quarterly Reviews
Your advisor meets with you on a quarterly cadence to review progress, adjust priorities, surface obstacles, and recommend next steps. Between reviews, your advisor is available for ad hoc consultation as situations arise.
Outcome Measurement
Performance is measured against the milestones in your engagement letter. If commitments are not met within the guarantee window, you receive a full refund of consulting fees. Operational improvements already in place stay.
